About the Event:

Stationery Fest is a three-day celebration connecting stationery brands and creative community through an interactive marketplace, hands-on workshops, and live demonstrations. Following our sold-out 2024 event, the 2026 edition will be our largest yet – featuring over 100 international and domestic exhibitors, immersive experiences, and a special Artist Alley spotlighting independent artists.

Important Dates:

Phase 1 Application Deadline: November 7th, 2025
Phase 2 Application Open: March/April 2026 (exact date to be announced)

Please note that Phase 1 of exhibitor applications will officially close on November 7. However, we will open up additional spaces closer to the event,

depending on the final layout and confirmed exhibitor. We encourage all interested brands to submit their application now to stay informed about any future openings.
