    Stationery Fest will take place across multiple spaces within Industry City, including indoor market halls and an outdoor courtyard.

GENERAL FAQs

  • Ticket prices range depending on ticket type and day.


    Please visit our Ticket Details Page for the most up-to-date pricing, packages, and perks.

  • Tickets will be sold online only through the official Stationery Fest website starting 1/15 AT 9PM.

    Stationery Fest is the ONLY authorized ticket seller.
    We do not sell tickets onsite or through third-party resellers.

    • All attendees must have their own ticket

    • Your ticket gives one person entry to Stationery Fest 2026

    • You must have a general ticket for at least one of the festival days in order to sign-up for the workshop

    • You must have a general ticket in order to purchase A Space Walk ticket

    • 0-2 year olds do not require a ticket

    • Guests aged under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times

  • VIP-PASS (3-Day)
    VIP Passholders receive the most complete Stationery Fest experience, including:

    • Full event access for all three days

    • VIP Early Access (9AM-11AM)

    • Priority or fast-lane entry

    • VIP Welcome Pack with exclusive stationery items

    • Access to select VIP-only experiences

    • Printed fest guide

    • Re-entry privileges throughout the event

    TIMED ENTRY TICKETS

    • Access to the market space and courtyard

    • You may enter any time during your selected entry window

  • VIP tickets and certain early entry windows are extremely limited and may sell out quickly. Due to venue capacity, additional tickets may not be released.

  • Check-in takes place onsite at Box Factory at Industry City:

    • A QR code will be emailed to you after purchase

    • Please have your QR code ready (on your phone or printed)

    • Our staff will check in guests in order of arrival

    Early check-in is not available unless you’re a VIP ticket holder

    • VIP Passholders and 3-Day Passholders: Yes

    • Day Pass & Timed Entry: No re-entry once you exit

  • Yes — ticket limits vary by ticket type to ensure fair access for everyone.

    • VIP Tickets:
      Up to 2 tickets per order

    • Timed Entry Tickets:
      Up to 5 tickets per order

    • A Space Walk Tickets:
      Up to 2 tickets per order
      (A valid Stationery Fest ticket is required.)

    Each ticket must be assigned to a n individual attendee and their e-mail address and will be scanned individually at entry.

  • No, all tickets are final sale and non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

  • Yes, as long as there is availability for the type of tickets you’re looking to purchase.

  • Due to venue capacity and safety limits, we do not plan to release additional tickets once tickets sell out.

  • We use ArtSVP as our official ticketing platform.

TICKET FAQs

  • Industry City is easily accessible by subway, car, and bike.

    Transit directions and parking details will be shared on our Event Details page.

  • Yes.
    Industry City is fully accessible, including elevators and accessible restrooms.

  • Yes. Industry City offers paid parking, and additional street parking may be available nearby.

  • Yes.

    • Food and beverage vendors will be available throughout Industry City, but we’re still finalizing the details within the venue.

    • Outdoor courtyard seating will be available

    • Water bottles are permitted

    • Backpacks, totes, and purses are allowed

    • No luggage, handcarts, dollies, or rolling bags

    • Mobility aids and wheelchairs are permitted

  • No. Strollers are not permitted due to space and crowd flow considerations.

  • Service animals are welcome.
    Pets are not permitted.

  • Yes. Limited seating will be available in the courtyard space, but not inside the market space or workshop area.

    • VIP Passholders & 3-Day Passholders: Re-entry is permitted. You may exit and return to the event during operating hours.

    • Day Pass & Timed Entry Ticket Holders: No re-entry. Once you exit the venue, you will not be able to return.

VENUE FAQs

  • Workshops schedules will be available in the next 2 months. We plan on carrying out the similar types of workshops throughout 3 days.

    We suggest you get a ticket on the day you’d like to check out the market space, and book your workshop ticket at a later time.

  • Yes. You can attend a workshop as long as you have a stationery fest ticket to at least one of the 3 days.

  • No, all of the workshops are additional costs for all ticket holders.

  • No. Timed Entry tickets do not allow re-entry once you exit the main venue. If your workshop requires you to leave the main market space, please plan your visit accordingly, as you won’t be able to re-enter with a Timed Entry ticket.

    This policy helps us manage the traffic capacity, prevent overcrowding, and create a safer, more comfortable experience for everyone inside the venue.

A WORKSHOP FAQs

  • A Space Walk is a special curated experience at Stationery Fest featuring Tono & Lims, glass pen makers, and select exhibitors from Japan. It is a separate space that highlights unique Japanese stationery and artistry.

  • Yes.

    A Space Walk requires a separate add-on ticket unless you are a VIP ticket holder, in which case access is included.

  • Yes.

    As long as you hold a valid Stationery Fest ticket for at least one day, you may purchase an A Space Walk ticket for a different day.

  • No.

    A Space Walk is located in a separate venue about a 5-minute walk from the main market space, so you will need to exit the main venue to attend.

  • Yes — the same exhibitors will be onsite throughout the festival.

  • Exhibitors for Stationery Fest 2026 are selected through an application process.
