Working with Stationery Fest invites you to be part of an internationally recognized event that celebrates the global stationery community. As a volunteer, you'll support the festival leaders by providing hands-on assistance on event days and/or by contributing to projects in the months leading up to the festival.
You'll gain valuable experience in event operations, communication, and teamwork, while playing an important role in shaping one of the first and largest Stationery Festivals in the United States.
This is a special opportunity to go behind the scenes of a growing intercultural event, contribute your time and energy to a meaningful creative community, and help create a thoughtful, welcoming experience that connects people through stationery.
Registration & Welcome Team
- Check in attendees and scan tickets
- Distribute wristbands, guides, and lanyards
- Answer event questions for the attendees
- Set the tone of the event with warmth and hospitality
Floor Team
- Help guests navigate the market space, workshops, and courtyard
- Answer questions about schedules and locations
- Support accessibility and traffic flow
Info Desk Team
- Provide detailed event info and troubleshooting
- Help with the navigation of the venue
- Handle lost & found
- Support special situations
- Coordinate with festival leaders for problem-solving
Exhibitor Support Runners
- Assist exhibitors with supplies, water, or needs
- Help during load-in/load-out
- Support international brands with logistics
Workshop Support Assistants
- Help prepare with workshop set-ups
- Manage attendance and timing
- Support instructors and participants
- Reset spaces between sessions
Queue & Crowd Team
- Guide lines for entry and popular areas
- Ensure safety and capacity balance
- Help maintain calm, orderly movement
Volunteer Hospitality Team
- Stock water and snacks
- Manage volunteer break area
- Check in on volunteer wellbeing
- Light cleaning
Admin & Communication Support
