We’re excited to officially share the theme for Stationery Fest 2026 - Enchanted New York
This year, we’d love for the theme to help guide your product direction, booth styling, exclusives, packaging, or other creative expressions for the event, and any of the above.
Enchanted New York is meant to evoke imagination, magic, and a dreamy interpretation of the city. Whether your approach is subtle, whimsical, modern, or entirely your own, we encourage you to interpret the theme in a way that feels authentic to your brand.
A few important notes:
Theme-based products or visuals are optional, but highly encouraged.
Please do not use the Stationery Fest logo directly on products or packaging.
You may reference "Enchanted New York" in product descriptions, signage, or displays.
If you’re planning a theme-based release, we recommend finalizing concepts by May, as the Stationery Fest team will begin highlighting and announcing themed products in preparation for the event.
For inspiration, we’ve attached our official Stationery Fest 2026 poster, which reflects the overall mood and visual direction of the theme.
At Stationery Fest, we bring together independent and international stationery brands to create experiences centered around writing, storytelling, and community. Working closely with each brand, Stationery Fest creates space to learn about the ideas, values, and creative processes behind the tools we use every day - through hands-on workshops, customization experiences, and thoughtfully curated conversations and gatherings.
Founded in New York in 2024, Stationery Fest exists to bring people closer to stationery, deepen connections within the community, and help each person discover creative tools that resonate with how they think, write, and express themselves.
We see Enchanted New York not just as a theme, but as a shared destination, one shaped by the creative journeys of every participating exhibitor.

Over 100 exhibitors and artists from worldwide will be showcasing their brands and exclusive edition for the festival. Special product features through Stationery Spotlights and VIP Welcome Packs will be available! Apply to become an exhibitor here.
Workshop and Exhibition Space
Throughout Stationery Fest, we will host 11–13 concurrent workshops alongside a special exhibition, offering attendees a wide range of hands-on, educational, and creative experiences at any given time.
Interactive Courtyard Space
The courtyard will offer an open, social gathering space featuring interactive brand activations, artworks, and areas to gather and connect with other stationery enthusiasts.

Stationery Fest is a three-day celebration connecting stationery brands and creative community through an interactive marketplace, hands-on workshops, and live demonstrations. Following our sold-out 2024 event, the 2026 edition will be our largest yet – featuring over 200 international and domestic exhibitors, immersive experiences, and a special Artist Alley spotlighting independent artists.
