Market Space / Workshop Space

The Market Space will be located on the ground floor of the building in a space called the Greenpoint Terminal Warehouse. Here is where you’ll find exhibitors and vendors—stationery brands, independent brands, stationery shops, artists and more—with tables showcasing their line of products to browse and shop.

The Workshop Space, on the 5th floor of the building, will be in the Greenpoint Loft. Here is where private workshops, meetups, interest meetings and other social events will be scheduled. Workshops will require additional tickets and all ticket sales for workshops will begin June 1, 2024.

Who is Bechori? Monoline Master

Bechori is coming to Stationery Fest!!!

In Japan, Bechori is known very well in the fountain pen community and particularly in the fountain pen ink community. His monoline lettering videos, which show his beautiful calligraphic style using fountain pen ink, a dip pen, and a steady hand, are simply mesmerizing and have gained him an audience and following in Japan, where he has now published four books dedicated to the topic of lettering. What started off as a love and a hobby for him has now turned into his life’s work and passion.

Last year alone, Bechori taught 100 workshops with 700 participants in Japan, Taiwan, and Korea. We are so excited that Bechori will be coming to Stationery Fest and teaching his signature Monoline Calligraphy Workshop!

Workshop sales for Bechori’s Monoline Calligraphy Workshop will begin on June 1st through Yoseka Stationery’s website.

Exhibitor Spotlight: Helen from TheCoffeeMonsterzCo

We are excited to be sharing the story of Helen, the founder of TheCoffeeMonsterzCo (TCMC), based in Canada. Today TCMC is known for their adorable planner stickers, all of which are illustrated by Helen, that have captivated the hearts and minds of many of us in the planning and journaling community.

The story of TCMC goes back to when 15-year-old Helen found a passion for bullet journaling and wanted to share her doodles and spreads with more people in the bujo community. TCMC became more of a sticker business when Helen published an e-book later the year of TCMC’s founding, in response to many requests for sketching tutorials from her growing audience. The proceeds of the e-book allowed Helen (still 15 years old!!) to purchase her first printer and a pack of sticker paper, and the rest is history.

A high school and college degree, and a pandemic later, TCMC continued to grow and ultimately allowed Helen’s parents to quit their full time jobs in order to work together in support of Helen’s business. Today, the TCMC team consists of Helen and her parents, and a number of other team members who are responsible for order fulfillment and sticker production, but from speaking with Helen, the inspiration and vision she had when she started TCMC as a 15-year-old high school student is still very much evident in everything her company does today.

We are so thrilled that Helen and TCMC will be joining Stationery Fest. Hope you stop by their table and learn all about their story and brand in August.
