Kaoru Yamagishi founded her business to preserve and share the uniquely human art of writing. She chose the fountain pen because, over time, its nib shapes to the writer’s hand—allowing each stroke to reflect personality and thought in a way no other tool can.

We are equally passionate about ink, believing that choosing its color is part of the joy of writing. Our original bottles are engraved with the message, “Ink tells more.”
