Leather Notebook Cover Customization Workshop (A6 size)

About This Workshop

In this hands-on workshop, participants will create and customize their own leather notebook cover while experiencing the craftsmanship philosophy of THE SUPERIOR LABOR.

Before the session, attendees will choose between an A5 or A6 size leather notebook cover (this session is for A6 size). During the workshop, they will learn essential leatherworking techniques such as edge burnishing, stamping, and assembling leather components by hand. Participants will attach deerskin leather cords to create a functional closure system, adding both character and practicality to their piece.

To further personalize their cover, guests can stamp a brass charm with initials or numbers, select decorative beads, and embellish their notebook using specially prepared New York commemorative leather patches. A variety of original stamps — including limited-edition designs — will also be available for additional customization.

All participants will take home their finished leather cover along with a special workshop kit, offering a meaningful keepsake that reflects both their creativity and the spirit of Japanese craftsmanship.
