Paper Street is a contemporary stationery brand and publishing house based between Los Angeles and Istanbul. Founded by sisters Ipek and Zeynep Ozbay, the studio designs paper tools that support creative expression in everyday life.
They create thoughtful, fun, and functional journals and planners meant to be used, kept, and shared. Sustainability guides their process through responsibly sourced materials and collaborations with local artisans. In their spare time, they host journal-making workshops using leftover papers from production.
About Ipek Ozbay
Ipek Ozbay is a creative entrepreneur and curator working at the intersection of design, publishing, and cultural practice. As co-founder of Paper Street, and with a background in startups, cultural management, and eco-conscious design, Ipek blends creativity with function. Inspired by stories, memory, and everyday rituals, she invites others to write more, reflect more, and create with intention.
About Zeynep Ozbay
Zeynep Ozbay is a designer and creative entrepreneur, and co-founder of Paper Street.
With a background in film and design, she brings a strong visual language and storytelling approach to the brand, shaping its creative direction from concept to final form. Her work moves between narrative, material, and function, translating ideas into distinctive objects meant for everyday use.
